• Street lights out on Capp Street, again
• Out on both sides between 19th and at least 22nd
• Out on the East side of Capp between at least 19th and 17th
• These are the same old-timey lights that were out for over a month in December of 2012
• Neither PG&E nor the city of SF wants to take responsibility for this recurring problem
• 311/See, Click, Fix, please add a category for "Streetlights-Out"…this is a common occurrence and needs a better tag than "Other"
