Please lower the speed limit, install speed humps or mid block stop signs to prevent drivers from speeding through this development neighborhood. It is apparent that the heavy police enforcement isn't working. Maybe we can get photo radar like other states have and eliminate most of the reckless drivers who speed through residential areas that have pedestrians, joggers, bicyclists, rollerbladers, children playing and elderly.
