Description

Owner Joe Minnich has allowed tenants to dispose of several couches left curbside for over a week.
This is in violation whereby large items have to be scheduled for pickup and placed curbside the night before pickup.
This junk left curbside for a week will be a sad image for visitors to the Old West End Tours de Noel this weekend.
