You literally woke up this morning and walked the streets reporting four or five people that have popped up on my email. You seriously have some kind of issues that the first thing you think of in the morning is who you can just go and try to get in trouble with the city. Somethings are important and somethings just aren’t. Your view on life is a little skewed. I cannot believe how many people you reported this morning.

I feel you. Several popped into my email also. Most likely the reporter was targeted themselves and forced to comply. The complaint based codes system pits neighbors against neighbors to do the city's dirty work. The City needs to change to Sweep based code enforcement so it is fair to all.
