We have some kind of line that has fallen from the electric lines in front of the office. I have contacted Huntsville Utilities (3 weeks ago) and I saw them come out to assess it. They left and have never come back. Someone said that they thought it might be a cable line - if so, we are not aware of anything, and I would have hoped that Huntsville Utilities would have contacted the party responsible for it. I have no idea who to call. We have Comcast here, and they say that it is not theirs. I need to know who is responsible and why it is still down.
