Exiting roundabout headed North on Hardscrabble, incorrect road grade and incorrect pitch of street drains allows water buildup during rain. The pitch of one drain particularly poses a significant hazard to vehicle tires and effectively makes the road narrow as people swerve to avoid the drain.
