This graffiti is on BART property. I alerted the Facilities or Ways and Means Department within BART soon after you reported the problem on this portal. You can also report it to the workers at BART to request abatement directly per another resource person within BART. (I do not know the correct department to report this problem to within their organization. Hopefully, it will be abated soon. In the meantime, please alert the workers at this station so that they can report it to their proper department.) Thank you.
