Your concern has been forwarded to Enfield Public Works for follow up with the State Department of Transportation as this involves a State road.
Thank you.

As a follow up, an officer evaluated the traffic signal and found it working properly on 5-13-2013. Thank you for your time and report.
I had found the light to work but I found when useing this light to cross the street placeing my foot on the road to cross I had to quickly step back off the road. How is this so ? The timeing for the traffic light should keep the traffic stopped but does not . How is this safe .? Please look at this again to have traffic stopped longer for ample time for the pedesrtain .
