I visited public works five years ago and shook some hands and made some friends. They all came out and visited my neighborhood. We got all our streets redone five years ago and they still look great! I am not sure what you did!

in 2007 someone was out here and told us that yes, Camelot needed to be done, it never happened, I picked up the gauntlet again in Nov. 2015 and have been tying since then to get Camelot removed and replaced. many residents have complained about the street, to no avail

It also depends on how much the city wants to do it! Time to get a hold of your representative on the city council and get him or her involved. Our City council member at the time lived close by so she could relate to our problem. Now you need to get your person to start pulling the right strings and making the right moves. That is what they are there for! If this person does not work on your behalf then you need to get someone new in there come election time.
You are over by Border right? That is one of the newer sections of Corona. Of course these days it is old, but compared to some of the other areas it is newer. Corona has a list of the absolute worst streets in the city. You need to get your street at the top. I am sure it is on the list, but it is so far down compared to some other streets that you are being left out! Most of the worst streets have been fixed now, but some remain. This is where your goal should be. That way when the city starts it next capital improvement process you will be included. get you representative to :move" you up. Get him or her out there to look at your problem. Get this person to take your case up the latter and get some positive results. My neighborhood had good selling points, You need to find some good selling points about yours and bring them up. Don't worry about upsetting them or making them angry. That is exactly what you want to do! Point out how unsafe the situation is and what it could lead to. Find out where your representative lives in relation to you. Start pushing these wheels. Granted it will not happen over night, but your goal is to get at the top of the list and "when" the next project is announced you will be included. Otherwise you will have to wait and wait and wait.

dsulliva, newer? this area was built n 1972, not much but patching over and over has been one to Camelot since then. Yes we are the first street west off border just past Via Del Rio. We have been told several times that we are on the list for different years, last time they said we are on the list for 2019--Thank You
