Possible violations by JMS Group Contracting, Inc at 242 35th Ave N 33704 (new residential construction site): Mason crew started work at 8:00 AM on Saturday 12/1/18, dry cutting concrete blocks and creating huge clouds of dust. There is no erosion control in place, and construction equipment is blocking the sidewalk.
