Half of Caldwell lane was repaved a week or two ago, but they left the other half of broken up and incomplete. My wife has since gotten a crack in her windshield from the loose rock as well as a flat tire from the (approximately) 3" ridge at the bridge...which you have to slow down to a crawl when going over or else it jars your entire car. They finished the one side in a day, so I'm curious and frustrated that they've just left the other side to sit for so long with no progress, and now their sloppy work is going to cost me a new windshield and tire. Please get this resolved or tell me where to send the bill for our repairs.
