I'm not sure who, if anyone, is responsible for maintaining the "Rehoboth Park". It is completely run down and it had apparently become a hangout place for pot smokers, cigar smokers (I've found cigar butts and wrappers) and public drinking (I've also found mini liquor bottles and beer cans here).
Other than the trash the place is not being kept at all. The play sets have spiderwebs, are dirty and have propane and indecent graffiti on them (I abstained from posting the indecent ones here). The playground has overgrown weeds all around and needs the sand to be refreshed.
The benches are rotting or have missing boards, the basketball courts don't have hoops and the picnic area is disgusting and is littered with trash.
My kids would really to play here but the conditions of this park are simply unacceptable. Is this a Dekalb County park? Who ever maintains this park really needs to step up to the plate.
