Beschreibung
Across the street from 902 Marin St. there is a bus parked and people living in it. This vehicle was last reported on Virginia St., and was red tagged there, but has now moved to its current location. The licence number is 4Y97741, which expired in 2017. There is also a CA # on the side of the bus: CA 0086082.

It’s paper work is in order and it’s street legal so let’s embrace what the city has become
If you don’t like it you can just go pound sand

For years this has been going on with our mascot
What do you think the city’s going to enforce a law if no violent crime is taking place? Do you?

Windshield is smashed, I believe this makes it a violation, “not roadworthy”. Otherwise....
It has been impounded, multiple times.
His family lives here but are estranged.
Family or homeless advocates get it out of impound for him.
Currently expired registration has so many violations at $200 a pop he should not be able to renew it. Christina keeps adding them every time it’s tagged and is doing everything the law (and resources) allows - so March was the estimated date for the end of it's time, (registration will be 6 months expired).
**City Officials are not allowed to make "personalized" responses on SCF and have been instructed to stick to the "canned " answers. I walked in to talk with Christina & Officer Gomez about this and got the story.

Please keep tabs on the location of this menace and tow as soon as it is eligible for impound.

They are responsible for the back registration and fines.
The problem is that these vehicles are not being impounded in a timely manner and when they are we have homeless advocate groups/family, etc. paying to get these junkers out of impound.
