Description
Every year Russell Street, running under the railroad overpass between Hope and Washington Streets, becomes pothole alley. It is terrible right now and we haven’t hit Winter yet. Has there been any attempt at remediation for the water that is either running from the railroad tracks and/or the nearby driveway? That seems to be the major cause of the potholes.
