Town Clerk's Office assigned this issue to DPW

I have had cloudy water since the pipes were relined in my area. It is cloudy more than it is clear and now,there is an odor in the water as well. Please advise as to what is happening. We all pay for good clean clear water and what we are getting is none of the above.

please don't drink dirty boiled water if at all possible. please contact the randolph dept of public works 781-961-0942 during the day (monday thru friday, 9am to 4pm) and try to speak to a live person. tell them what is going on.

Water is safe to drink-air in system--working to remediate the issue

Ms. Davis, we have been hearing this response for months. We would like a definitive timeframe on when the issue will be remediated. It is very unpleasant to smell and we should not have to buy bottled water when we are paying for clean water once a quarter. Please let us know more detailed information, instead of continually closing it out.

Unfortunately, this is a time-consuming process, and we are making every effort to locate the source of the problem (which is the first step in determining a solution). Once we locate it, we will make the necessary repairs. In the meantime, the water is tested on a weekly basis, and is safe for consumption, despite it's cloudy appearance, which clears up once the air bubbles dissipate.
