Description

This out of state car has been parked for several weeks behind Imperial House partially blocking the alley that runs between the 1700 blocks of Q St and Corcoran. It is creating a safety hazard. Imperial House seems to be trying to create new parking spaces in the alley by doubling up cars in single spaces.
