This is a result of a rental homes not being properly managed. I would hope that the property owner is cited. This same property has had limbs and sticks by the curb since the hurricane of 2017. Owning a property, even if for a rental, comes with responsibilities.

This issue has been assigned to a Sanitation Inspector for further investigation.
