Already again starting with the illegal trash. Just one bag on the ground, but last week it started as such and ended up about 8 bags of which most were ripped open by the end of the week. Been going on for quite some time. If the city wants to pick up after people that is fine with me, but Nobody from the city has picked it up when reported and clearly nothing has been done to persuade the owner of the property to not pollute or allow it to be done to our street/city. Still stuff scattered all over the street that is from previous weeks. Stuff that will just keep being ground into the soil. People should know these days how bad that is. Just terrible for the environment. And it just keeps getting added to and blown around Albany. Who knows what else is in the bags that is going into the ground...
