the residents at 205 Avalon PL have a vehicle in the driveway with 3 dogs always In the car all night and all day and are barely taken out to go to the bathroom. the owners leave them in there while they are gone all the time all the dogs do is cry and bark.ln a locked car with Windows up. pls help them.
