No. This is a public street.

All the streets south of Newport Parkway are PUBLIC streets. They all have CITY parking signs. On street parking is regulated by the CITY. All streets north of Newport Parkway are private. That’s why you see Newport parking meters, not city on street parking. So, do a little research before you post.
