The last time I called the New Haven Police department that said it is NOT their problem and said they would refer this to another city agency. That was a few weeks ago.

They left the barriers and signs on the corner of Alden and Cleveland and on Oliver, too. Yale thinks that our neighborhood is simply their back yard and parking lot, and they leave their trash and signs and barriers wherever they want to, including on our yards.
