Description

The pedestrian signal, which allows pedestrians to head across Lincoln road on Quincy place westbound, is far too short. It makes it hard to cross Lincoln and north capitol street in one light sequence and it encourages speeding up Lincoln rd--precisely the result that the "tactical urbanism" was designed to prevent.
