Sorry to hear about this--it's awful. Have you tried calling the school board, as well? I would also consider issuing a complaint with the borough police, and inform the school board that you intend to do so. I believe they'd have to answer a formal complaint by law, although I cannot be certain. Take photos, too, so you have evidence.
(By the way, it's "their jobs," not "there jobs.")
