Description
Vehicle abandoned on city land where motor vehicles are prohibited. No plates, perhaps stolen. Appears the Hummer was driving off-road on city land just south of the water tank on Skyline Blvd. Near the north end of the parallel frontage road, the vehicle got stuck in a storm drain.
