Description

Full Sidewalk is blocked by bushes. I need to move to the curbing to walk around this corner. It was reported and dealt with some months ago, but the bushes still block full access - they do not tend to grow straight up like a wall, but fan out as bushes naturally do. Unfortunately, they were planted too close to the edge of the sidewalk.
