Description

The TTC has placed rails on the road way on top of the bike path. I have no issue with them doing work, however these rails have been there for over a year and have never moved once. They are rusting and inert. I don't know when they plan on using them or for what but the fact that they've been there for so long rusting away seem silly. This is right out front of The Star's offices BTW.
