  Also this intersection has had numerous accidents and near accident due to the residents crossing to get to shopping center and motorist speeding down B&A. There is a bus stop at the beginning of the apartment complex approx 50 yds away, no need for one on the corner of a homeowners side.

  Pick the litter up and use it to wipe your sniffly little nose. That 2 pieces of litter is just absurd, I’m not sure how you can even walk down that street! 12 complaints all ignored, I have a feeling you have had way more of the non sense you complain about get ignored. If it’s that big of a deal, move. If you see someone damaging property then you should immediately call the police not come on here crying.
