Description

The left turn signal from Manning onto Wash. West is off, allows for maybe 3 cars max. A problem during afternoon rush when commute is for westbound washington. Same for the signal facing opposite, at Manning headed south crossing Washington. Green duration too short to allow more than 2 or 3 cars, creates dangerous racing to beat lights both south and north.
