Thank you for reaching out regarding the pavement on eastbound I-10.

We are aware of the issue. Currently, ADOT plans to complete an oil flush on I-10 early next year, which should help slow the deterioration and help bind the pavement material. In addition, we are exploring options (both engineering solutions and funding sources) to find a long-term solution to address the problem.

If you believe your car/windshield was damaged as a result of this issue, please feel free to contact ADOT Risk Management at 602-542-2180. They can provide the paperwork required to file a claim and better explain the claim process.
