This issue isn't closed until Parking Enforcement takes action to remove the vehicle.

Since the SPPD is not linked to the Department of Safety and Inspections, if we don't close the file, the complaint will remain open here indefinitely.

This is a flaw in your governance structure. Your departments need to talk to each other. Don't just label something as closed once you pass it on. You need to follow up and ensure the issue has been taken care of before closing it.

@foleymo Agreed! When you put in a ticket with an IT department, they don't immediately close it because they've passed it on to someone else!

IT WAS FINALLY MOVED!

Sadly another car immediately took its place so the bike lane won't get plowed. BUT IT IS GONE!
