How was the issue addressed? Was the issue actually resolved and heat restored or was it just plain closed? It is impossible to tell if you don't inform us.

Contacted Gregory Blake of the tenant's association. He is going to get back to me with names and unit numbers. Management claims they are unaware of any complaints. Once I have list from Mr. Blake, the inspector will meet with management and take temperature readings in each unit. Mr. Blake said some of the tenants are reluctant to let anyone into their units based on intimidation with previous manager. The tenants needs to fully cooperate in order for us to ensure their issues are resolved.
