  There is 28 feet of red curb from the curb return on Airport Boulevard. There is 17 feet width of right turn lane and the lane width at Grand Avenue is 12 feet which meet the city's lane width standards.

  it's not the lane width or length that is the problem, it is the people that are patronizing the coffee shop that Park in the turn lane in the mornings and afternoons that is the issue. (And Uber drivers)
