Description

I reported this twice already and was told the drain is functioning acceptably. However we had a little rain again and the drain is overflowing once more. Last night a van was trying to turn into the driveway and couldn't see properly because of the water and drove into the ditch. With the little rain we've had and how quickly the drain filled and over flowed. I don't think it's really functioning acceptably.
