The sand in the street was left from some city utility work. The contractor working on the corner has volunteered to clean it up.

They left without cleaning it. There is a LOT of sand all the way North on N Ashley and aggregating at the storm drain at Felch.

Yes. Mud has filled the gutters on both sides of the street. The city cleared the storm sewer at SW Felch, but this will continue to wash into the river. What a mess.

I observed the flow of mud from the AA City vacuum truck splashing parked cars and coursing across both sides of the 500 block of North Ashley. The sand is left upstream, but it is really muddy toward Felch. I had to wash my shoes. Can this be cleaned up please?
