Description

2 lamp posts are not working on chapel between high and york in front of the yale art gallery. one is the post seated between meters 08810 and 08812. the other light is seated between meter 08806 and 08808. I tied and orange ribbon around both posts to make it easier to identify.

A. don't know where to find a pole number.
Q. Please describe in as much detail as possible the location of the pole (nearest address and cross street are most helpful).
A. between meters 08810 and 08812 and another between meters 08806 and 08808
