Description

With the new construction and lights that were installed, we can no longer turn left because the left arrow is red. We need the arrow to be blinking yellow since there is very little west bound traffic in the mornings/afternoon and this light takes forever before it changes. This also effects the business park since the earlier left turn option was removed.
