Description
It’s now been 4+ weeks that 5he resurfacing of Caldwell Lane has remained unfinished. The unfinished surface has gotten worse and now presents a safety hazard and risk of 5ire/car damage. The finished surface has also degraded in a couple spots. Not a single crew or equipment has been seen since this job was left 7nfinished before Thanksgiving...FINISH IT!!!
