Hello,
There should be complete guardrails on Golf Links Road between Burgos and Oak Hill Roads. There is a very steep and dangerous drop off (cliff area) along this segment that goes uphill along Golf Links Road.
Your prompt assessment and resolution of this safety issue would be truly appreciated.

Service Request #860142 was submitted nine (9) months ago and nothing has been done about this issue. SERIOUSLY.
The issue described above is right on point, this is a CLIFF without guardrails and God forbid that any driver of an automobile, motorcycle or a bicycle rider miscalculate this point on the road; it will be ugly, real ugly, very very ugly.
For the time being, the placement of a few K-Rails will make this point in the road safer for all citizens.

How can the City of Oakland close a Service Request that have never been resolved.
Why in the heck do the citizens of Oakland have to wait for a tragedy or catastrophe for any issue to be resolved. I am a proactive citizen, and it grinds my gears that I live in a reactive community.
To the extent that when we call 911 the calls are not answered, we submit Service Requests, and the requests are ignored.
Wait what are all of the rising tax costs for?
