It seems like the pothole is on the freeway. The City and County of S.F. does not fill potholes on the freeway because it is out of our jurisdiction. Please inform Caltrans regarding this pothole. Note: when calling Caltrans please provide more details as to where the pothole is located. The 280S merges with 101S at multiple areas throughout the City.

I reported this to Caltrans as a Maintenance Service Request through the Caltrans Web site on May 17th. I have received an acknowledgement back from Caltrans as of May 28th that it was on the schedule to be fixed. Will update again when I hear back from Caltrans that it has been taken care of.
