Although the weather is warmer the feeding outside continues along with the dog getting loose and running in the neighborhood. This dog has a history of bitting.

This issue remains this summer. No one addresses this!

As you can see from the original date of this reporting, nothing has been done to rectify this situation. This animal is left out in freezing temperatures, high winds and pouring rain. The animal is fed outside and dishes and bones are left out which attract animals into the neighborhood. Rats were a problem and the Town did respond to that issue after numerous complaints from multiple residents of Clark Street. This is my last attempt to reach out from help with this issue.
