The dogs at this house have been a menace for years the health department has been contacted several times and nothing is done. This woman is running an illegal dog boarding operation out of her house and everybody is turning their head it's time for the city to do something about it. not to mention the house was an eyesore with trash and garbage and dog food and kitty litter piled up all around the house and the back yard is full of dog feces.

2/25/2019 – At the board meeting, the board “declared the failure to comply with the reporting vaccination records for an animal involved in a bite to be a public health nuisance and authorize the filing of criminal charges against the owner.” Case referred back to PJM to be forwarded to dog warden’s office for follow-up on animal. /// GED
