This is on the west side, directly across the street from the Seacrest condominium entrance. When you're attempting to enter Hygeia from driveways along this section, the bushes are blocking the view of oncoming traffic on Hygeia.

This area was inspected on the 24th and the trees had either already been trimmed or are not growing into the ROW. All intersections around this area were driven and no vegetation was blocking line of sight.
