  I believe this issue was originally reported months prior to this, sometime back in April or May, if I recall correctly. To this day the Alameda Police Department/city government have still done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about this problem, much like the myriad other problems around the island they've been ignoring, ranging from petty theft to violent crimes. Glad to know APD couldn't care less about the residents of this island and the various problems we face on a daily basis

  homeless element on park street has expanded and multiplied. its now around 5 times worse since this issue was originally reported. saw a whole group of them hanging around the antique shop/vietnamese place yesterday barefoot with empty liquor bottles all over the ground, menacing at passers by trying to intimidate them while under the influence of opiates. thanks apd, most useless police department in law enforcement history!
