There is a duplex with students here and there is a considerable amount of debris and trash in their front yard on almost a daily basis.

Can they be warned to clean it up or can the owner be notified? It is the 206-208 Hillcrest Road duplex in Cameron park

Almost always a mess over there. Someone needs to regularly remind the tenants and landlord to keep the property clean.

This front yard is a disgrace to everyone else in the neighborhood who takes great care of their yard.

Walked by yesterday to see trash near their trash can but not in it. No grass in front yard, always unkempt. Embarrassing to live near such a mess.

There is some improvement so it looks like someone from the city may have gone over there to enforce codes of cleaning up trash in the front yard and keeping cars off the front yard for parking overnight.

Please keep an eye out for this because based on past performance, it is probably only temporary.

Still a mess. Sofas and chairs on the curb for 3 weeks now, unreported to be picked up apparently.

Disgraceful to such a nice neighborhood.

See Click Fix won’t reply to this concern. Call 996-2444. The inspector will come out and if they find a violation, will address is and charge the owner a $100 admin fee for the first time, $250 for the next time.
