Description

Garbage again placed out on ground days before pickup. Just one bag at the moment, but animals have already ripped it open. Squirrels have become accustomed to it and there are stray cats around as well... Often untied/poorly tied. Unfortunately just one bag usually turns into a mess and sometimes there are more.
