These potholes were patched with asphalt a few months ago and then during the snows in February the plows scraped all the asphalt patches out of the road. I believe they may have been patched again but are still pretty deep and some of them are so deep you could probably crack a rim going 35 mph. These need to be paved over instead of simply individually patched because patching is not working.
