In regards to the permit, the request was made for 614 Dalewood, and no, I have not received an answer. 614 Fawnwood, is listed in our system as a Group Home, and I am presently sending an email to see if the Certificate of Occupancy is current. I will update the status in SCF upon receiving an answer.

Today after posting a notice to repair the fence, I received a phone message stating the fence has been repaired. A follow up inspection to verify will be conducted upon my return to the office.

I confused 614 Dalewood with 614 Fawnwood. But 614 Fawnwood is the biggest group home problem with residents we have in this neighborhood!

The police told me that it is not permitted or that the owner of the property had no license. She does not live there~does not provide adequate supervision~and these mentally and physically ill people eat up city and county services~a police car or ambulance responds to that address every week!!!

Plus they walk around the neighborhood trespassing on lawns and talking to themselves or shouting to the sky or to passers by. They are scary and have even committed crimes in the neighborhood that have gone unprosecuted because they are mentally ill for the most part.

They should not be allowed to roam around the way they do! I realize that is not a code issue, but please check the permit and requirements. The owner is technically required to live there i think.

An inspection will soon be conducted on this property to verify that it is operating as a group home. Our findings will be entered and you may follow this issue.

The supervision is inadequate. They monopolize too many county and police and fire and ambulance services everyday~do a check on that please~the owner does not live there or have a permit according to police~the supervision is inadequate and not performed by a licensed person~

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS JUST WRONG to be inflicted on our neighborhood~they roam in large groups and the supervisor if you can call him that walks in the middle of the street~they shout out loudly, talk to themselves, mutter things, and are confrontational and threatening!!!

The owner of the place is greedy and does not even transport them to the store everyday~they should not be out roaming around. It makes our neighborhood look like one of the old wards before they were cleaned up. These folks bring all of our property values down as well as a feeling of pride and security in the neighborhood!

This is the worst group home in the neighborhood, and I am going to provide the new mayor reports of how often the police and paramedics have to go over there, unless you will agree to do that. :)

This issue is currently being worked, other departments are being informed and included, and together we will address all compliance issues at the home as a team.
