Description

Over the last month, perhaps longer, there is very often one or two vehicles PARKED in the Loading Zone meant for 720 Seventh Avenue. Personally I have not seen any parking tickets issues but meanwhile delivery trucks drive by as there is no space for them to use the loading zone. Right now there is an EVO vehicle parked License: CHS-70A. That car is parked on Seventh Avenue for a long time so they know the area and the traffic rules, besides it is clearly marked as a Loading Zone. Wishing the Ticket writers would write them up.
