A work order is being created to check your concern

A member of our staff has been out to investigate your concerns. They have determined that the water is ground water and not county water. Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns or you can contact our emergency services at 410-222-8400

The Highways Department has created a work order 18390894 to investigate the issue of the water. Someone will be out as soon as possible to investigate. If you have any questions you can contact Central District Road Operations at 410-222-7940 and refer to the above listed work order.

Has anyone looked into this? It’s getting worse.

And it’s not ground water. It’s the county water.

Is there a time in the next couple days that a member of our staff could meet with you. We could investigate the problem again and explain our findings.

Any update? Management from the shopping center has come to our property two times now complaining to us about the flooding into their property.

This is not closed.
The water is frozen and has created ice down the rest of our block on the sidewalk and in the road.
School kids walk down the sidewalk every day and they could slip and fall.
Please get his fixed!

I will be available tomorrow to visit you issue. Is there a time you will be available.

We would be available at 11am.

The plastic lid that was installed is still leaking.
Now there is a two inch thick sheet of ice across the sidewalk and down the street.
