12/27/18 - No access left card / 12/28/18 - Owner called and said she will call next week to schedule an appointment to view the Garage and Basement

1/15/19 - Allowed access by the Owner to the basement and garage. Garage is used for storage. The basement is finished. All Permits are required. Owner was informed.
